Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. 14-Day Returns

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us may not be eligible for a refund. 

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at parhelionhome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return instructions may vary depending on the product.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued once the return request has been reviewed and approved. 

In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned and will resolve the issue directly.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions before a refund is processed.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

8. Important Information

As some items are shipped from international warehouses, return addresses may vary. Please contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions.

9. Legal Notice

This Returns & Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For information about your legal right of withdrawal, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

10. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused at delivery due to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees, the shipment may be returned to the sender.

In such cases, any return shipping fees, handling costs, or losses incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
